California Privacy Notice

This notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA/CPRA"). Residents of other states with comparable privacy laws — including Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and others — may exercise substantially similar rights by contacting us the same way.

1. Categories of personal information we collect

We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by the CPRA (such as Social Security numbers, financial account credentials, precise geolocation, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, genetic or biometric data, health information, or contents of communications) through this website, and we do not use or disclose any such information for purposes requiring a right-to-limit disclosure.

2. Sources

Directly from you; automatically from your device and browser; from our marketing and advertising partners; from consent-verification vendors; and from publicly available sources.

3. Business purposes for collection

Connecting you with service providers; placing, routing, and recording calls; sending messages you have opted in to; verifying and documenting consent; fraud detection and prevention; site operation, security, and improvement; and legal compliance.

4. Sale and sharing

We sell and share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA. When you submit a request, we transmit your information to one or more third-party businesses so they can contact you about the service you asked about. Under California law that transmission is a "sale," and where it supports cross-context behavioral advertising, a "share."

Categories sold or shared, and the categories of recipients, are listed in the table in Section 1 and described on our Marketing Partners page.

Exclusions. We do not sell or share:

• Mobile phone numbers collected with SMS consent, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent records
• The personal information of any consumer we know to be under 16 years of age

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.

5. Retention

We retain each category only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described, or as required by law. Consent records: at least 4 years. Call recordings: 12–24 months. Opt-out and suppression records: retained indefinitely so we can continue honoring your request.

6. Your rights

As a California resident, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell or share, and to receive a copy
• Delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions
• Correct inaccurate personal information
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information
• Limit use of sensitive personal information (we do not collect it in a way that triggers this right)
• Non-discrimination — we will not deny service, charge different prices, or provide a different level of quality because you exercised a right

7. How to exercise your rights

Global Privacy Control. We honor GPC browser signals as a valid opt-out of sale and sharing for the browser transmitting the signal.

Verification. To protect your information, we verify requests by matching the details you provide against our records. We may ask you to confirm the email address, phone number, and ZIP code associated with your submission. We do not use verification information for any other purpose.

Authorized agents. An agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission signed by you, or with a valid power of attorney. We may contact you directly to confirm.

Timing. We confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond substantively within 45 calendar days, extendable by an additional 45 days with notice.

8. Downstream partners

If your information has already been transmitted to a marketing partner, that partner is a separate business with its own obligations under California law. Your opt-out stops our sale or sharing and any further transmission. To have a partner delete its copy, contact that partner directly — email us and we will identify which partners received your information and how to reach them.

9. Shine the Light

California Civil Code § 1798.83 permits California residents to request information about disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Send requests to info@alliancevs.io.

10. Notice of financial incentive

We do not offer financial incentives or price differences in exchange for the retention or sale of personal information.
