Call Recording & Caller ID Disclosure

1. Calls are recorded and monitored

Calls to and from Alliance VS LLC may be monitored and recorded for quality assurance, training, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and compliance purposes.

California is a two-party (all-party) consent state under Cal. Penal Code § 632, and other states have comparable requirements. Accordingly:

• Before any call is connected or transferred, Alliance VS provides an audible disclosure that the call may be recorded.
• Continuing with the call after that disclosure constitutes your consent to be recorded.
• If you do not consent to being recorded, tell the representative and end the call. You may continue your request by email at info@alliancevs.io or by using our website form instead.

2. Recording by other parties

If your call is connected to a third-party business, that business may separately record the call under its own policies and its own notice. Alliance VS is not responsible for recordings made by another party. Direct any questions about those recordings to that business.

3. What we record and retain

Recorded: call audio, and call metadata including originating number, dialed number, date, time, duration, and routing path.

Retention: call recordings are retained for 12 to 24 months, then deleted on a rolling schedule. Call metadata may be retained longer for billing, audit, and dispute resolution.

Access: recordings are restricted to authorized personnel and to vendors bound by contract, and are used only for the purposes stated above.

4. Request a copy or deletion

To request a copy of a recording of a call you participated in, or to request deletion, email info@alliancevs.io with the date, approximate time, and phone number used. We verify identity before releasing any recording. Some recordings must be retained where required by law or where relevant to a pending dispute.

5. Caller identification

Our primary outbound number is (888) 833-2933. We also place and receive calls from tracking numbers assigned to specific marketing campaigns; those numbers route to Alliance VS.

• We transmit accurate caller identification on every outbound call.
• We do not spoof, mask, alter, or misrepresent caller ID, and we do not use "neighbor spoofing" or any technique designed to disguise the origin of a call.
• Our outbound traffic is signed under the STIR/SHAKEN framework at the highest attestation level our carrier supports.
• Our business numbers are registered with the analytics providers serving the major U.S. wireless carriers — Hiya (AT&T), TNS (Verizon), and First Orion (T-Mobile) — so that our calls are correctly identified.

6. If you received an unwanted call

If you received a call you did not consent to, or a call that appeared to come from us but did not:

• Note the exact number displayed, and the date and time.
• Email info@alliancevs.io or call (888) 833-2933 with those details.

We will investigate, identify the source, and place your number on our internal do-not-call list. If the call did not originate from us, we will tell you so and, where we can determine the source, report it.

Scammers sometimes spoof legitimate business numbers, including ours. Alliance VS will never ask you for a Social Security number, bank account number, credit card number, gift card, wire transfer, or cryptocurrency payment. If a caller claiming to be Alliance VS asks for any of those, hang up and report it to us.
